Hey there, I’m Brittany — a design thinker, strategist and leader based in Miami.
I serve as a design leader for Microsoft’s Customer Innovation. At Microsoft, we empower innovation inside organizations helping them envision, build, and transform their business with emerging technologies at scale. My work spans industries, time-zones, and domains but is anchored to principles of user-centered design, systems thinking, empathetic problem-solving and a relentless drive to change how the world works.
My purpose is to inspire others to live and create more consciously. I’m passionate about solving real problems, helping organizations achieve their goals, finding new and better ways of working, and designing thoughtful products and services. I’m a questioner and it’s my belief that pre-existing systems and solutions are meant to be challenged and re-imagined. I excel at building teams that flourish and creating culture that enables teams to do their best work. My values driven approach is based on empathy, listening, reflection, and collaboration through design.
Guiding values
Trust through transparency
Say what you think, give honest feedback, and share decision-making rationale because transparency can be empowering.
Purpose over process
Process should be a flexible framework that is meant to support and accelerate teams in achieving a specific outcome.
Embrace ambiguity
In helping to create the future, every project involves facing the unknown. There are endless creative options for moving forward.
Practice curiosity
Exploration is the path to opportunity. Asking “why” helps you push past the surface of a problem or an idea.
